In practice, maintenance works are usually based on the use of ERP, GIS and other technical systems with partial use of documents in paper format. Documentation in paper format is rather inefficient, which results in less detailed and less clear monitoring of implemented work, maintenance planning and as reduced quality of reaching business decisions.
PSA (Power Service Assistant) is a maintenance information support solution, which supplements existing systems. A number of documents are required for planning, managing and supervising (work order, device states record, expected measures, etc.). - Saves and processes additional information about the maintenance procedure as needed. For example, scanning of access routes and forwarding recordings to the GIS system.
