C & G d.o.o. Ljubljana is a modern company focused on the areas of energy engineering and ecology. Flexibility and expertise, which characterise company operations, enable quick responses to changes on the market and growth of operations. Company's offer includes services and products for construction, maintenance and operation of energy objects, including services in the field of ecology. Development of partnership relations with customers and key suppliers, as well as development of new services and products, are key strategies of company operations.

Mr. Cirman and Mr. Gabrovšek founded the company in 1989. Growth of the company started in 1990 with projects for dealing with hazardous waste (PCB) problems and preventive maintenance in energy companies. Development focused on engineering and wholesale has been possible mainly due to highly professional personnel and customers who entrusted the young company with large projects and solving of increasingly complicated technical problems. The company achieved complete recognition in 1996 with winning two contracts for reconstruction of hydroelectric power plants on the river Drava financed by the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development).

Company operations are divided into three organisational units (departments): ENGINEERING, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND WHOLESALE. All departments share research and development, marketing and business operations. In 2007 the company established a research institute in order to enhance the development process for products and services. C & G is present on significant foreign markets (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina) with subsidiary companies. The company's quality assurance system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards. In 2001 the company acquired the licence for electrical energy trading.
